Hey, this is Meridith Elliott Powell. And this week on Leadership. I want to focus on what it takes to get results. You know, one of the biggest challenges of being a leader is that we have to repeat, repeat, repeat. And if you want your team to get results, you need to be clearly focused and radically communicative on what you want them to accomplish. That means that the goals that you set the objectives for the year, you need to start every meeting. Reviewing those objectives. You need to end every meeting, getting the actions on what people are going to do to accomplish those objectives. See ,the moment that you as a leader, start talking about something else other than the goals that need to be achieved. Your team places value on that something else, and that opens the door for distraction. So if you want the team to get results, focus, repeat yourself over and over again. The more you do that, the more they’re going to get the message that that’s what they need to do in order to get successful. So your job is radical focused, radical communication. And you’ll turn all of this uncertainty into a major competitive advantage.
