People are underperforming, not because they want to Underperform just because you have not been clear on what to expect of them. You know, everybody has a job description, and the job description is full of so much we have to do. And even though we mean, well, we come to work every day and well, work happens. And so we have to choose in the moment what to do and what not to do. And if you want to make your team more efficient and more productive, don’t let them make that choice. Use your time, set your expectations, and make sure they’re focused on the most relevant things, the most productive things that can help your business reach the next level. So if you want 2022 to be an incredible year, sit down, talk to each member of your team and set expectations. Don’t make them guess what is most important to focus on guide them in that direction. And together, you’re going to turn all of this uncertainty into a major competitive advantage.
